Provider Relations

BHPi has been providing assistance to adults and children throughout Wayne County through our two provider networks CareLink and ConsumerLink Networks since October 2002. Each network offers our consumers choice, with a variety providers that offer individualized programs and a full continuum of care to best meet the needs of our members.

CareLink and ConsumerLink Networks were founded by eight of Detroit-Wayne County’s established human service agencies. Consumers can access services by contacting any one of these primary providers, or by contacting us directly at 1-888-711-LINK. Our Networks also contract with over 250 specialized service providers who offer care specific for individual needs, such as enhanced services and respite care.
